6. Refund Policy

No Refunds as Standard Policy

All payments made to Decoded Sites are non-refundable once work has commenced.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Discovery or planning phases

  • Design drafts

  • Development work

  • Revisions or partial deliveries

Limited Exception (Legal Fairness Clause)

A refund may be considered only if:

  • No work has commenced and

  • A written cancellation request is received before project initiation

Any approved refund (if applicable) will be processed minus administrative or transaction fees.

7. Revisions and Scope Control

Projects include a limited number of revisions as agreed in advance.
Requests outside scope may incur additional fees or be declined.

8. No Guarantees

Decoded Sites does not guarantee:

  • Business growth or revenue

  • Search engine rankings

  • Conversion rates or performance outcomes

Results depend on external factors beyond our control.

9. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for downtime, changes, or failures of third-party platforms including hosting providers, CMS platforms, or analytics services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decoded Sites shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
